Please note that orders may be processed before the handling period indicated above and if they have been processed they may not be cancelled.  Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address. UR1Shopstop can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. In some cases, international shipments to countries outside the U.S might incur customs or import taxes / COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. All items must be in an unused sealable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, in their original packaging or tags attached and where the items seal is not broken or tampered and the item is not an Excluded Goods as detailed below.

Returns and exchanges will not be allowed on the following types of products (Cosmetics/Beauty, Hair Accessories, Hosiery, Hats, Lingerie, Adult Toys, Earrings, Swimwear, and items marked as "Sale". Sale items may be returned or exchanged if they are damaged/defective.
