All items must be in an unused sealable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, in their original packaging or tags attached and where the items seal is not broken or tampered and the item is not an Excluded Goods as detailed below.

Returns and exchanges will not be allowed on the following types of products (Cosmetics/Beauty, Hair Accessories, Hosiery, Hats, Lingerie, Adult Toys, Earrings, Swimwear, and items marked as "Sale". Sale items may be returned or exchanged if they are damaged/defective.

If your item is received damaged/defective we may require for you to first contact us here to let us know about your inquiry with clear images showing the damage on the item for us to assess. Upon inspection we may request that you provide further information to process your claim. 

Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some items if there is no availability.

Please indicate whether you'd like a refund to original payment method or store credit (will be in the form of a ur1shopstop gift card). Just be sure that your return is sent back within the 30 day timeframe and meets all other returns criteria. 

Please note that you'll be refunded to the original payment method. (eg. store credit/gift card will be refunded to store credit/gift card and debit/credit card payments will be refunded in that same manner). Refund process may take up to 7 business days to show on your account.
